Want to send an email to a all participants in your organization? Follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to your Team Sports Admin account.
  2. Click EMAIL in the main menu.
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a section titled Select Recipients. Click Entire Database.
  4. If you want to send an email to the participants of a specific season, camp, tournament, or other event, select the event type and you will be able to choose the one you want from a dropdown menu.

Once you have selected your recipients, go ahead and write and send the email.
