1. Log into your Team Sports Admin account. 
  2. Click EVENTS from the main menu. This will take you to the Seasons page.
  3. Under Reports, click Season Participants.
  4. Define your search results by clicking the Select Season drop-down menu. You may also define by group and gender.
  5. Click the event you want to run the report on and then click Search.
  6. Click Download to Excel. This will direct you to the Download Exports section of MY ACCOUNT and you will see a green notification banner at the top of the screen that reads "Your export is in process. Please check back soon to download your file.
  7. The exported files are created every 5 minutes (i.e. 12:00, 12:05, 12:10, etc.). During this time you will see the status under the Actions column will read Scheduled. Refresh your page accordingly and it will then read Download.
  8. Click Download and save as needed.
