1. Log in to your Team Sports Admin account. 
  2. Hover over EVENTS in the main menu and click Seasons.
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen under Reports, click Teams
  4. Select the season from the drop-down list that you'd like to view and create a roster report from. 
  5. Here you can click Download to Excel which will download a list of all the teams for that season in separate tabs in an excel spreadsheet. 
  6. You can also click an individual team and Save as PDF or Download to Excel from the individual team view. 
  7. Once you click the Download to Excel. This will direct you to the Download Exports section of MY ACCOUNT and you will see a green notification banner at the top of the screen that reads "Your export is in process. Please check back soon to download your file."
  8. The exported files are created every 5 minutes (i.e. 12:00, 12:05, 12:10, etc.). During this time you will see the status under the Actions column will read Scheduled. Refresh your page accordingly and it will then read Download.
  9. Click Download and save as needed.
