Would you like to send reminders to your incomplete registrants by email? You can do this for any event type by following these steps:
  1. Log into your Team Sports Admin homepage. 
  2. Click the EVENTS dropdown list from the main menu.
  3. Select the event type you wish to view and send reminders to.
  4. Navigate to Reports on the left-hand side of the screen and select Incomplete [Season, Team, Camp, or Other Event] depending on which event type you would like to view. 
  5. You can now choose which event and/or group you would like to view and click Search.
  6. A list of players who are incomplete due to unsigned documents or payments will populate.
  7. From here, you can send email reminders to individual players by selecting the envelope under Outstanding Items next to the players name.
  8. You may also send reminders to all players on the list by scrolling down to the bottom of the list and clicking Send Reminder Email To All.
