Want to add a note to a specific payment? Maybe you need some sort of reminder about that payment. Attach notes to payments and stay updated by following these quick steps:

  1. Log in to your Team Sports Admin account.
  2. Click on PAYMENTS in the main menu.
  3. Locate the payment you would like to add a note to by using the Search For functions at the top of the page.
  4. Once the payment is located, click on the notebook icon under the Actions column on the right-hand side of the page.
  5. A notes text box will appear where you can type in your notes. 
  6. Click Add Note to save.

You can add notes to a payment of any kind, whether it's been accepted, outstanding, or has been refunded, by selecting the appropriate tab at the top of the page.
