Definitions:

Cancel – You want to cancel a recurring payment so nothing will be charged in the future.
Put on Hold – You don’t want to charge a user at this time but will want to re-activate the recurring payment in the future.


Instructions:

  1. Log in to your TeamSportsAdmin account
  2. In the main menu, select PAYMENTS.
  3. Select the Upcoming Payments tab.
  4. Find the specific player/buyer's name and event you want to cancel or put on hold, and under the Actions column click the red box to put the upcoming payments on Hold or click the red X to Cancel that recurring payment plan.
