1. Log in to your Team Sports Admin account.
  2. In the main menu click PLAYERS.
  3. This will bring you to the Manage Players page. Here, you can use the Search For box at the top of the top of the page to find a specific player. You can enter any of the following identifiers to locate a participant:
    • Player's Name
    • Player's Email Address
    • Guardian's Name
    • Guardian's Email Address
    • Log In Email Address
  4. Once you locate the player, click the red Delete button under the Actions column.
    From there all you need to do is follow the on-screen instructions and you will successfully delete the player’s account.

Please Note: When you delete a players account, it will delete everything tied to that player except their previous payments. The player’s previous payments will show up in the payment reports under the PAYMENTS in the main menu.
