Adding COVID-19 Liability Waivers via...
As most of you know, we've been integrated with the market leader in eSignatures, DocuSign™️, since the very beginning of our existence. This is now an even more powerful tool, as there's been an increase in the need for liability waivers relating to COVID-19 specific issues, as well as huge demand for anything that limits the spread of germs. Using DocuSign™️ to get all of your waivers and forms signed and stored electronically accomplishes both.

Limit Event Capacity To Stay In Compliance
Most locations currently have restrictions on the number of participants that can play at one time. In order to help you manage your events with these new rules, we wanted to highlight the ability within the event setup process to limit the capacity of how many participants can register for the entire event or individual groups within the event.
For example, if you want to run a camp, but can only have 10 players per session, you could create the camp with groups for each session, then set the groups to close automatically when each group reaches 10 players.
